We supply sponge rubber plates with a double-sided material type from a thickness of 2mm. Our sponge rubber products are also supplied on request in a one-sided self-adhesive finish as an assembly aid. Even stamped parts and cut-outs from this versatile elastomer product is not a problem for us. All sponge rubber articles are supplied as standard in black or light grey.
Its special properties in terms of softness, elasticity, surfaces, shaping and resistance make sponge rubber a suitable material for many fields of application.
Sponge rubber is available in various strengths and in the qualities NK (Natural rubber) and CR neoprene, perbunan. Sponge rubber is a mixed-cell, that is to say a partly open, partly closed material. First of all the sponge rubber is sealed through its closed external surface.
